CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer

This course will teach professional rescuers (those with a duty to respond) the skills needed to respond appropriately to breathing and cardiac emergencies including the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) for the victims of sudden cardiac arrest. Upon successful completion of the required skills and written test, the candidate will receive a certification in CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer valid for 1 year.

Course length: 9 hours
Course Fee: $80.00

CPR/AED- Child plus Infant CPR 

This course will train individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to prevent, recognize and care for breathing and cardiac emergencies in children and infants until advanced medical personnel arrive and take over. Upon successful completion, students will receive an Infant & Child CPR certification valid for 1 year.

Course length: 4.5 hours
Course Fee: $50.00

CPR/AED-Adult and Child plus Infant CPR 

This new  course will train individuals to prevent, recognize and care for breathing, choking and cardiac emergencies in adults, infants and children. You will also learn to use an Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) for adult victims of sudden cardiac arrest. Upon successful completion of all required skills and written tests, the candidate will receive an Adult CPR/AED and Infant and Child CPR certifications valid for 1 year. The class will end early on the second night.

Course length: 6 hours
Course Fee: $60.00

Standard First Aid

The purpose of this course is to give individuals the knowledge and skills necessary to recognize and provide basic first aid care for injuries and sudden illnesses until advanced medical personnel arrive and take over.  Upon successful completion students will receive a certification in First Aid valid for 3 years.

Course Length: 3.5 hours
Course Fee: $40.00

First Aid/Adult CPR/AED-Adult and Child plus Infant CPR 

This new course will train individuals to recognize and provide basic care for injuries and sudden illnesses.  You will learn to provide care for breathing and choking emergencies and to administer Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for adult and child victims of sudden cardiac arrest.  You will also learn how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED*) for adult victims of sudden cardiac arrest.  Upon successful completion for the required skills and written tests, the candidate will receive certifications for A dult CPR/AED and Infant and Child CPR, valid for 1 year and a First Aid certification valid for 3 years. 

Course Length: 9hours
Course Fee: $75.00

First Aid with CPR/AED-Adult

This new course will train individuals to recognize and provide basic care for injuries and sudden illness, including how to use an Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) for victims of sudden cardiac arrest. Upon successful completion of all required skills and written tests, the candidate will receive a certification for Adult CPR/AED valid for 1 year and a First Aid certification for 3 years. The course may end early on the 2nd night. 

Course length: 6 hours
Course Fee: $55.00


CPR/AED-Adult

This new  course will train individuals to provide care for breathing and choking emergencies for adults, and to  perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) for adult victims of sudden cardiac arrest. Upon successful completion of the required skills and a written test, the candidate will receive a certification for an Adult CPR/AED certification valid for 1 year.

Course length: 4.5 hours
Course Fee: $45.00

Babysitter's Training

The purpose of this course is to provide young people, ages 11 to 15, with the information and skills necessary to provide safe and responsible care for children in the absence of parents or adult guardians. This training will help participants develop skills in five critical areas: leadership, safety and safe play, basic care, first aid and professionalism.

Course length: 10 hours
Course Fee: $65.00

Pet First Aid 

The American Red Cross has a new 4 hour First Aid and CPR course for Animal Lovers. The course will teach you how to: 1) Protect both you and your pet from injury, 2) Perform rescue breathing and what to do when your pet is choking, 3) Stop bleeding, splint broken bones and treat for shock, 4) Prevent and handle poisoning, 5) Handle sudden illnesses, and more.

Course length: 4 Hours
Course Fee: $40.00

First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor Course 

The purpose of this course is to train instructor candidates to teach First Aid/CPR/AED Program courses and modules.  The candidate must be proficient in all CPR, First Aid and AED skills before taking this course.

Course length: 24 hours
Course Fee: $200.00

            WSI Instructor Course 

 

            Training instructor candidates teach water safety, including the Basic Water Rescue course, 

            six  levels the  Learn to Swim and Parent and Child Aquatics

                          Course length: 29 hours

                          Course Fee: $275.00

            Lifeguard Training

             If you are 15 or older and looking for a great summer job or a challenging career, American Red Cross  life        

             guarding is the best place to start. This course helps you develop skills and experience valued by  colleges     

             and future  employers.   You will develop new skills and learn how to deal effectively with people, fostering a

             "take charge" attitude. You will get a participants manual, pocket mask and tips for securing a lifeguarding job.

 

                        Course length: 29 hours

                        Course Fee: $275.00
